Return & Refund Policy

At The Quirky Gadgets, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. Please email us at thequirkygadgets@gmail.com and we will guide you through the process. Please note that any unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Please carefully read the details below for instructions on how to return or exchange an item:

Return & Exchange Conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unopened and in good condition with their original packaging.
  • Opened, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Made-to-order products are non-returnable or non-exchangeable. A 30% material fee will be charged if returned.

2. Gift Return:

  • If a gift was included in your purchase, it must be returned together with the main item if you’re requesting a full refund. If not returned, the gift value will be deducted from the refund.

3. Return Shipping Fee:

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping fee unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a local postal courier for returns (please do not use services like DHL that might incur customs duties).

Order Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your order before the item is shipped or produced.
  • If your order is canceled before shipment, you’ll receive a full refund.
  • Once the item has been shipped or produced, cancellation is no longer possible.

 

How to Request a Return/Exchange:

Contact Us:

  • Email support@thequirkygadgets@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for return or exchange. We will guide you through the process.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If you received a broken, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with a clear photo showing the issue.
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
  • If eligible, we will send you a return address and RMA number. This number must be written clearly on your package.
  • Important: Items without an RMA number will not be processed.

 

Return Timeline:

  • Please send your items back within 7 working days of receiving your return instructions. Late returns will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Processing Your Return:

  • Once we receive your return, it may take 3-14 days to process it. You will be notified once we confirm the return.
  • Refunds
    Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive your returned items.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: The original shipping cost is non-refundable, even if you received free shipping. We do not refund shipping charges incurred for the return process.
  • Special Note:
    Sale Items: Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Gift Cards & Special Offers: Gift cards, promotional items, and special offers are non-returnable.
